Oceano Dunes is the only State Park where vehicles may be driven on parts of the beach and dunes. Any area on the beach or dunes that are fenced are closed to vehicular use.

Services

Beach wheelchairs are available to disabled persons at the Pier and Grand Avenue entrances. Lifeguard available June through Labor Day. At campsites, chemical toilets are provided but water and trash services are not.

Allowed

Vehicles, dogs on leash, horses, camping, and fires are permitted in specific areas.

Prohibited

No glass containers. Camping, fires, and vehicles are prohibited outside designated use areas.
