Myrtle Pond at the Wildlife Refuge ~ FREE Community Hike

Join us for an adventure to Myrtle Pond Wildlife Refuge on our community hike!

Led by our loyal docent Ray Segovia, you'll learn about this beautiful area's history, native flora and fauna, and connect with your community and the land we live on.

Join us on this family-friendly experience and discover the beauty of the great outdoors! This moderate level hike is about 7 miles total, on mostly flat sand. We will be traversing through beautiful dune habitat full of life and history.

Please note: Because we are in a wet season we will likely hike through some water. Water-proof or water-resistant shoes are encouraged for your comfort! Hikers will be notified via email if the hike will be rescheduled due to weather.

This is a FREE event although donations are welcome to continue delivering events to serve our community and the love of the land!
