Saturday, July 11th, from 10am-12:30pm Pismo State Beach Dunes Preserve Cleanup. Following the Fourth of July, there is often a lot of litter in our parks. We are organizing a group to go out into this beautiful part of the dunes to pick some of it up. If you are interested, please contact the Dunes Center, 805.343.2455 or info@dunescenter.org.

Sunday, July 12th at 6:30pm, Dunes Photography Hike: Join photographer Jules Reuter to explore the open sand sheets near Oceano. Explore texture, contrast, and light in this unique and beautiful habitat. Meet at Pacific Dunes RV Ranch and RR Resort, 1207 Silver Spur Place, see map to the left. Bring a camera (point and shoot or SLR), tripod, jacket, and water. Wind, rain, and fog cancel.
