Whether you’re planning a meeting, reception, or corporate event, hosting your event at the Dunes Center is a unique venue that will make your evening special. When you host an event with us, you help support our mission to promote the conservation and restoration of the Guadalupe-Nipomo Dunes ecosystem through education, research, and the support of cooperative stewardship.

Reservation Rates

We offer Dunes Center Members a base fee of $50 per hour and $75 per hour for Non-members. The minimum reservation is 2 hours.

2 hours: $100 Members / $15o Non-members
3 hours: $150 Members / $225 Non-members
4 hours: $200 Members / $300 Non-members
5 hours: $250 Members / $375 Non-members
6 hours: $300 Members / $450 Non-members

 

 Terms

  •  Security Deposit is due when the reservation is made in the amount of $300.00 and will be returned no later than 14 days after the event
  • Contractee must be able to provide a certificate of insurance no later than 14 days before the event with the Dunes Center listed as an additional insured with bodily injury and property damage on the amount of $50,000 per occurrence
  • Set up time is added to the reservation time at the same rate and can begin no earlier than 4:00 pm and events may not begin prior to 5:00 pm
  • For evening events, performances must end no later than 8:30 pm
  • Manager on Duty Fees $30.00/hour of rental
  • Maximum Occupancy 50 persons
